I had tried to book a ticket on 11th may .Money was deducted but i got a message that :
"Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected]
Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration."
Since then i have called their customer at least 10 times and exchanged emails as many number of times. each time response is that :
" We would like to inform you that the refund will be initiated and it should take 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday) to reflect in your account."
This is standard response from customer care and nothing happens after that. I have been waiting since more than 3 months but seems that this is an organized fraud and there is no intent to return money. Please take necessary action as per laws Was this information helpful? |
