Travolook — No refund from Travolook even after many months

I booked my flight tickets on Travolook on[protected]Ref. No. REF[protected]. Ticket was not confirmed and I received an email stating that ticket was cancelled due to operation reasons and amount will be refunded in 10-15 working days as per company policy.

However, despite of several follow-up via Phone and email of Customer care, still not able to get my refund. They are just giving false promises that you will get your refund in 5-6 working days.

It is a fraud website in disguise of Travel site.
