Travolook — Non receipt of travel amount

Sir I have booked a ticket from travolook on 23 Oct last year which has been cancelled vide travolook itself. They have assured me that the refund will get back within 10- 15 days but even after completion of 10 months the same have not been received till date
Booking reference no is[protected] dt 23 Oct 22. I have requested them more then 25 time for the refund of the same but they have not refunded till date.
Pl resolve the same
