I had booked ticket on 9th may for travel from Varanasi to Delhi for 22.5.22 for my father VSM. Palaniappan under Ref No.[protected]. The ticket amount of Rs. 4213 was deducted from my bank account but I got information that due to technical fault ticket is not booked.
I was informed vide email dated 9.5.22 that this amount of Rs. 4213 will be refunded to me. . But I have not received any refund till date.
In between I received information on 15th June from gateway Cashfree that refund of Rs. 2569 will be credited to me as per airline policy within 7 working days. Even this short refund has not been credited to my account.
It is more than 2 months and travolook have not refunded my booking amount of Rs. 4213 to me. Despite repeated phone calls to their customer care, no action has been taken . Was this information helpful? |
