I’ve booked a ticket with reference number REF[protected] from Bangalore to Delhi on 16th January and after some time the customer care representative called me and said that my booking has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 10 days. She suggested me to make the booking again. It has been more than 3 month since my booking was cancelled and they still didn’t refund the amount. I called them several times but they are finding excuses to not refund the amount. Kindly asking you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
