I used travolook to book an air ticket on 24th June, the money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked I immediately got a call from travolook that airline had declined the transaction hence the ticket was not booked and I will get the refund in 7 working days. It’s been close to 1 month now the amount is not yet credited and travolook customer support in not replying on emails. The customer support says they have tried refunding the amount but the merchant had denied it, they are not even giving my the refund transaction reference number. They are lying they are using my money and harassing the customer. Till today they have not mentioned when I will be getting my refund. Was this information helpful? |
