Travolook — Pendency in refund o[censored]nconfirmed booking amount from past 3 months

I have been contacting travolook pas 3 months but there has been no solution to my problem

Below is the email that i have with me as proof of their week complain management

Moreover the help desk telling all the time that the money is transferred in the travalook wallet but the same is not reflected as shown below.

If you require alternate bank details to refund the amount then do let me know, i will assist but do refund the amount
