Travolook — REF[protected] Travolook Refund not made even after waiting for 1 month

Amount 5877 Rs through Travolook got deducted from my bank account but ticket is not booked. I have called many times to travolook customer care and they always said amount will refund next 7 to 10 working days . But still I did not recieve the amount in my account. Below are the booking Details. Reference ID: REF[protected] Flight Details : as attached picture for your reference.

The below email on which I have been constantly sending emails

Please take strict action against this fraud company and help me to get the refund.
This is the pattern of this company, first provide low fare to attract people and after transaction completes they use to say ticket got cancelled.
