Travolook — Refund amount and customer service

I booked ticket on 10th Jan and till now didn't receive my amount. Everytime I'm listening chorus that next week you will receive your amount in your bank account. On 14th March i had call with customer executive he was so batmeez, arrogant and rude.

I had booked a ticket but the travolook after recieving the payment just over phone informed that the airlines ticket is costilier and amount being refunded, but a month has passed. This is modus oprandi of travolook to cheat public.
They try to dupe public of hard earned money.
