Travolook — Refund didn't receive after two month has passed

I booked my ticket on 21nov to travolook after sucessfull payment I got massaged from travolook that my booking has been cancelled due to fare increase, and money will be refunded within 15 to 20 days I called them after 20 days but I didn't got any satisfactory answer
