Travolook — Refund for a cancellation made by them

I have made booking on 11/7/22 with Travolook and the the booking reference No. is REF[protected], They have first made the booking and within minutes informed us that the booking was not successful. They said the refund amount of Rs.27, 414/- would be sent to me within 7 - 10 working days. Days passed, I waited for 10 working days. Nothing was received. I sent an e-mail on 10/7/22, for which I got a reply that my money would be returned in 7-10 working days again. From that day onwards I have been calling their customer care, who every time used to give the same technical error reason and that I would be getting my refund in various dates were promissed. Last Friday, when I called, they said it will be done this Monday. Today again I called, got the reply that I will get on next Thursday. Kindly help me in getting my money back.
