Travolook — Refund for cancelled ticket not issued | |||||
I had booked a flight with Travolook on 14 June 2021 and after the payment, I got a call from the company to say that the airline had cancelled the flight and I should expect the refund back in the card in 10-15 days. I still haven’t received the payment but they are offering credit in wallet which I refuse to accept as I do not want to deal with fraud Cosby again! Kindly assist to resolve the matter please. Ultimately got refund after 1 and half month.I had to register complaint against them on national consumer helpline app...Then only they budged..
