Travolook — Refund issue

As you can see the screenshot i booked ticket for my friend it got cancelled due to fare expiration on 15th of March and i contacted their customer care as soon i got the mail and they replied they have initiated the refund and will be providing the refund in 10-15 working days, But now its been 1 month and still i haven't got any response from them no mail no text indicating refund process, plz take necessary actions against them bcoz am not the first person suffering from their services. And do the needful to get my refund as soon as possible.
