Travolook — Refund not credited from 2 months

I have booked the ticket in travolook on 7th march 2022 traveling date on 8th march 2022 but after five minutes got call and email saying ticket got cancelled and amount would be refunded within 7 working day's.

After 7 day i have called customer care many times but they are not responding properly even refund mount not yet received.

Booking date - 7th march 2022.
Ticket date - 8th march 2022
