Travolook — Refund not done on cancellation of Flight Ticket

I booked flight ticket on 24th March 2021 from 24 Mar 2021. Two times it was cancelled and debited money was (9668/-). After taking numbers of follow up, still not getting my refund. further no body picked up Phone[protected].
