Hello,
I have booked two different (departure and return) flights back in June. Unfortunately, one of them was cancelled due to flight cancellation and another one was cancelled by Travolook after I made the payment, they called me and said I will get the refund in a week. But didn’t get it yet.
For another one I was told by the customer support that I will get refund in 45days. But it’s been more than 45days still I didn’t receive the refund yet. Was this information helpful? |
