Travolook — Refund not made

Booked ticket from travollook on 4-2-21 from pryg to mumbai for 13-2-21. Ticket not booked but rs 3582/- was deducted from my account. After several inquiries a message received from travolook vide ref no[protected]that the amount will be refunded in 10-15 working days. No amount refunded till date .
Coustomer care exectutives only reply that your querry has been forwarded to to the refund team. No reply to my several mails also.

It seems to be a fraud company. I can see several refund cases pendinf on this portal.
