Travolook — Refund Not processed post booking cancellation

I have tried to book ticket from Udaipur to Bengaluru on 8th May 2022. The booking never got completed but the amount was deducted from account. Immediately I got a call from customer support and they told me that booking got cancelled due to operational reason and your amount will be refunded in next 10 days. Even after 42 days, I didn't get my full amount as refund (only receive part amount as refund) and I called customer care multiple times but they keep saying that you will get your amount in next 3 days. I wrote to support desk also multiple times asking for speedy resolution but to not avail. It is a very unprofessional behavior from company side as their support staff seems clueless and there is no customer grievance redressal forum.
