Travolook — Refund not received and nodal email not working REF[protected]

Hi, I did a booking on 10th July and got a message that booking cancelled from Airlines end. I waited 15 days patiently for the refund but did not get any. I then tried their mailing from which i got no response.

I then mailed the nodal email [protected]@travolook.in from which I got a response to submit bank details. I immediately tried to mail back but since then I am not able to mail them back. Their mail gets bounced and I am not able to reach them and neither do i have any refund.
