Travolook — Refund not received upon ticket cancellation

I tried booking a flight ticket on 4th June 2022 from Travolook (https://www.travolook.in/) but it canceled the ticket saying "Fare Expiration" as a reason. It has been two months but it has not refunded my amount. Upon writing to customer care email, they promise to refund within 15 working days. I tried calling customer care multiple times but every time they give the same excuse "technical reason" from the merchant side and you will get your amount refund in 5-7 working days. Till now my money hasn't been refunded. I have attached my booking details and response to my email. I also have a call recording, but unable to attach here.
