Travolook — Refund not transferred to my account | |||||
I initiated for booking on 22.03.2021 for Air ticket travelling from Vizag to Hyd for 26.05.2021 and return ticket 04.06.2021 with TRAVOLOOK after booking my amount of Rs.13902 have been deducted from account however i got a call from Travolook that your booking has been cancelled by Travolook due to fare expiration and refund will be given in 15 working days after regular mail and toll free we get hardly reply from them and still we did not get refund amount. We request you to please check and get the refund .
