Travolook — Refund of cancellation of flight ticket not received since 1.5 months

Ref number - REF94922380. Had booked a ticket, travolook cancelled. Since then, no receipt of refund - its been 1.5 months since the ticket cancelled. Just once I received an email response (after mailing 7 times) from the support team that I will receive the refund in 7-10 working days, which again has passed.
