Travolook — Refund of flight ticket from vijayawada to new delhi on 3rd November 2020

I have booked flight ticket from vijayawada to new delhi on 3rd November 2020. My PNR is C1SFWO of Airindia flight. On 3rd November Airindia had changed schedule time of flight. So I didn't travel in that flight due to more time gap. I have informed to airindia airport office at vijayawada. They accepted and told me that your money will be refunded. I gave a written mail and call also to Travolook third party for refund. 4 months completed till now no credit of money.
