Travolook — Refund of the cancelled Air ticket

I had booked the Air ticket from delhi to bhuvneshwar in february 2022 month but i had cancelled the same in feb 2022 itself vide refrence id REF[protected] through your portal. But till date i haven't received my money which is to be refunded from your end and amount is approx 7800 /- INR plus. Even after repeated call requests you are not refunding my money back.
Pls do needful or i have to shelter of Consumer Court
