Travolook — Refund related issue | |||
On 17th of April i had booked an emergency ticket from Mumbai to lucknow via travolook. Due to some reasons my ticket was not booked and PNR was not generated and money was deducted from my account. The same day i had received an email from them that my money deducted will be credited in 10 to 15 working days. Till date the money is not credited and every time they gimme statements like " your refund will be processed in 3 to 5 working days of 5 to 7 working days or " you need not to call now your refund will be credited" or "there was a technical error or merchant error". There is no escalation matrix not even a proper response on call Was this information helpful? | |||
