Dear Team,
My booking PNR - JT77WH has been canceled by Indigo.
They have refunded the amount to the travel agency which is travolook.
Because I had booked the ticket through Tavolook, I am requesting you to refund the amount to my original source of payment but none of their mail id's are working, every mail is getting bounced.
Customer care executives are also not responding about the time, had booked the ticket on 27 May 22. Please help.
