I had booked my ticket on 13th Dec from Kannur to Dubai via Hyderabad, Amount got debited but ticket was issued and later cancelled mentioning fare increase. I even got a call explaining the reason for cancellation and was informed complete fare will be refunded.
Now almost one month refund has not happened and no response to mails. Also not able to get their toll free number. Kindly do the needful.
