Travolook — Regarding my cancelled ticket refund

I was trying to booked ticket on 26 July 2022 through Travolook but unfortunately my ticket got cancelled and payment was deducted from my account.

I was consistently follow them and already file complaint here twice but nothing happened yet. I want to raise this issue on serious note. Kindly look into this matter please.
