Travolook — Regarding refund amount till not credited.

I have booked a ticket with them and the amount got deducted but ticket did not get book and shown cancelled due to fare expiration. After complaining them one of their senior executive Harshita said that the amount will be refunded within 7-10 days and later after not receiving the amount I have sent a mail to them to which they said it will take 10-15 working days. My booking date was 30/04/2022 to which even now the amount has not refunded and they do not reply to my mails. After giving them a call they say it’s u der process and will take more time. It’s a fraud company as i[censored] tell them about legal action they cut your call. Kindly look into the matter. My booking reference number is[protected].
