Travolook — Regarding refund of a ticket

I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai on 19th Feb 2021. Travolook representative called back and said the ticket has been cancelled due to some fare expiration. According to him the amount should be refunded with in 10-15 working days but I am following since that days they are not refunding the amount and not replying to mails as well. This company is fraud and doing this to so many customers

Amount to be refunded : ₹3983

Hello all.

My name is Gayatri and I have also booked the ticket from travolook.in..and same thing happened with me..my money got deducted and ticket got cancelled..I was like...literally i was crying because i have took that ticket amount as and loan from one of my friend in interest and generally people like is won't travel by air because we just can't afford it..

But tha I god travolook customer care representative they were highly active on facebook and Instagram and they were keep on replying to my messages ..and finally after a day they gave me confirmed ticket...i booked that ticket for ki brother...

I request to all whoever's money got deduct and ticket also got cancelled please be patience and trust they will resolve you problem and please don't panic...if they won't able to give u a ticket they will definitely refund back your hard earn money...

Just requesting before putting any negative comments on social media true to connect with travolook team through facebook and Instagram. Please...
