Travolook — Request for getting the refund of the amount deducted on the name of flight booking even after confirmation(cheating)

I have booked flight on Tuesday 23rd Feb 2021 from BLR to VNS of rupees 4357. Booking got confirmed (reference no : REF[protected] with the passenger name : Anjali Srivastava and amount has been successfully deducted from my account. Even though it was confirmed, one of the travolook agent called me and said that it has gone on hold due to dynamic fare increase and i need to pay 1180 rupees more for getting it confirmed. Then i said him to cancel my booking and requesting for getting my refund but they haven't initiated my refund .
They are completely fraud .Even though price was not increased they said me to pay rupees 1180 more.
