Travolook — Ticket cancelled amount not refund

I had booked ticket on dated 02.04.2021 from Patna to Bangalore with ref no (REF[protected] and amount Rs 4962/ deducted from my credit card, ticket booked successfully after journey date I have contacted to customer care and fount that ticket was cancelled from the travolook.in due to suddenly fair increased after that they are convincing that your amount Rs 4962/ will be returned between 10 to 15 working days I tried and sent mail many time but not replied received from the travolook.in so I want to that take a serious action against in favour of travolook.in so that refund the my amount.
