Booked ticket from TRV to DEL with Booking ref no: REF[protected]. As soon as the payment was made the ticket was cancelled by them and they said they are initiating the refund and the same will be credited to the source acount in a few days. I have contacted them multiple times on the customer care number and by email. They kept delaying with various excuses. They then asked for copies of ID Proof and account details which were also sent. It has been about 2 years now. No refund yet. Same excuses everytime that their team is working on it. Now the website and email also has disappeared and mails are being returned. Was this information helpful? |
