Travolook — Travolook - Amount not refunded after booking cancellation Open

I have book my ticket Delhi to Pune on 5-Dec-2020. After I booked the ticket, they put the status in processing, Next day I got call from there agent that fare has been increased. So I asked them to cancel the ticket. After so many calls and follow up I have not received my amount till date.
