Travolook — Travolook - Flight ticket got cancelled but amount didn't get refunded | FRAUD

Hi All,

I have booked an flight ticket (Patna to Bengaluru) on 14th April 2022 from Travolook website.

Then after some time I got an email with subject - Flight booking In-Progress with Booking Ref: REF[protected]

Then again 15 minutes later another email In have got with the subject - Your Booking is cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]

I have called their customer support for more than 10 times since then (2 months) and every time they said that we have initiated the refund process and within 7 days I will receive the amount Rs. 5857.00 but it's been two months amount didn't get refunded.

Please do the needful and help me solve this issue to get my refund (Rs. 5857.00) into my account.

Updated by Raja_Ranjan On 15th june they had refunded partial amount of Rs 3572.77 only. After contacting the customer support they told that partial refund is being processed and will be reflected on your bank account on Monday evening. I had attached the screenshot of the transaction. i hadn't received my full refund i.e. Rs 2284.23 is still not refunded.
Please do the needful and help me to get my hard earned money back from them.

Updated by Raja_Ranjan They hadn't refunded my entire money.I had called them several time each time they tell that it will be sent by us and will be reflected in your bank account after 2 days..Please help me to get my money back...Every detail of transaction i had mentioned in my earlier post..
