Travolook — Travolook Not Refunding My money after cancellation

I had booked three air tickets from Travolook website on 21/7/22. My reference number is REF[protected]. Once I made the payment for the same they call me and said due to fare expiration you can't get the ticket at the same price so either pay extra or cancel the booking. Incase of cancellation full money will be refunded by 8-10 business days. But it has been 15 days they have not refunded my money. Now when I talk to customer care they are asking me to wait for another 5-7 business day but not giving me anything in writing that payment will 100% refunded by so and so date. Customer care executives are dropping the call whenever we ask refund. I want my money to be refunded.
