I have booked tickets for me and my wife from Travolook.in from Delhi to Kolkata on 7th June and they said the same could not be booked due to some technical issue and amount will be refunded (INR 10, 700). I have called customer care multiple times and they said the amount was initiated and did not share any other details or connect to anyone on the call. Its been 3 days and they are not initiating my refund
