Trawelltag — claim processing

I have submitted a travel insurance claim in december 2017 as my mother was hospitalized. However, whenever i ask for the status of the claim, the only response from the company is that the claim is still under process from the tpa. This is completely unacceptable, as it has been over 3 months since i have submitted the said claim. I am going through both emotional and financial trouble due to the laziness and slacking of this company. I do not believe i will receive my hard earned money back. Request you to please take necessary action (Policy numbers ending in 8306 and 8307).

Claim process is really pathetic
They donot respond to calls or emails
I gave a record of 10 emails sent but unfortunately no response
Now it’s been3 months I am struggling to get to contact them
Please take action against company as it is very easily fooling customers in band of insurance and not paying them back if claim arises

Not claim process, even the sale is missguiding they assured me that flight cancellation due to operational reason will be covered under the policy they have reconfirmed the mail, when my claim was rejected they kept silence and mum on the issue as they never have committed so in writing.
