Okay, i ordered the moto g40 fusion on exchange offer with a poco x3 pro device everything went well till the inspection of the poco device the delivery of the phone. At the first day the phone was working well and then from the second day the phone started to lag, freeze, hang in every 20-30mins. I bought it for my mother, in just normal usage if a certain phone starts to show such problems its just hectic. So i tried to return the product the very next day as we all know these products have 7 days return policy. And then came the real deal, i tried to request for return in the flipkart app after that when the options shows up from where we have to select the reasons and i submit it automatically keeps on returning to the previous page, god knows why, i couldn't even chat with flipkart support or report the issue to them. And coincidentally it only happens with this order not with any other orders. I even contacted flipkart suppory helpline number and reported them the issue by calling them they said they will fix the issue but no help or answers from their side too. And i am just stuck here point blank and i don't even know what to do whom to inform and whatever. This seller is a total scam fraud. I'll file case on consumer court now. Kindly others who face issues like this file case too. This guys needs to learn some lesson, otherwise they will keep on frauding and scamming peoples. Was this information helpful? |
