I have ordered an office chair on flipkat (CARLTON LONDON Atlas Mesh Office Adjustable Arm Chair). It gave me a delivery date of 28th october, but when i checked it a few mins ago (8th october), it shows a delivery date of 11th october.
This is utter nonsense....

I have order the macbook air M2 on October 15, 2024 and it was planned to deliver on October 18, 2024.
The same day it got picked and shipped to mother hub and on 18th they sent it to my nearest hub, but it is not yet there (Oct 19, 2024). I have called flipkart customer care, they are saying same what I see on their app (useless).
Upon googling seller came to know they are scanner/fraud. Hence wanted to add my experience. Will...

I applied for Apple MacBook AIR Apple M2 - (8 GB/256 GB SSD/Mac OS Monterey) MLXW3HN/A (13.6 Inch, Space Grey, 1.24 Kg) from Flipkart online

It was supposed to be delivered on the 13th and due to Sunday I postponed it for Monday but after that, they delayed the shipment although the shipment reached the nearby hub of the delivery company as per their tracking record (Sat, 12th Oct 2:35 pm Chandigarh Your item has left a Flipkart Facility)

I purchased this item,
1. Because of the delivery date as was appropriate as per my requirement.
2. Because of the Product which I was looking for.
3. Because of the offer given by the seller.
4. Because Flipkart assured the price and the seller.

Now due to the shipment being delayed my requirement is not getting
fulfilled and incurring delay in all my plans and where as I am incurring loss.

I ordered MACBOOK M2 from them in flipcart sale and its been more then 10 days they havent shipped that yet?...

I have ordered iphone 15 from flipkart on 7th of feb and on the same day prices have dropped significantly, dropping to more than 5000 rupees and when i have cancelled the order in between flipkart refused to cancelled it, saying seller has shipped the product. Kindly refund my extra amount back. I am feeling betrayed, ordering it from flipkart and treasure haul online....

Iphone 15 received with small scratch on top of the camera, and gave open delivery in rush so that scratch is not checked properly and then flipkart and seller denies return or exchange...

I have ordered an iphone 14 plus on 8th December and the promising date to delivery was on 9th December but today is 11th December till now also i didn't got my product from this seller and i have paid full amount to this seller so there is no response from seller or Flipkart

I had ordered the macbook air on discounted price. Product took 12 days to ship and then just before getting delivered seller cancelled the order. Stop buying stuff from this seller. Seller is a scammer selling fake or damaged products.
Flipkart needs to take action on Treasure Haul Online....

I have ordered 2 apple earpods and in which one is not working properly the case of that product is not charging and took it instantly to the service centre they said its a fake product one earpods is fake one is original...

This company not refund my money back

Said company is cheating the consumers by seeling used product via Flipkart on Big Billion Day.

And I have 12.9 inch.

Got broken display phone

MY ORDER NO. OD[protected] DTD.25.08.2022 cancelled without any reason & deducted Rs.100/- from my payment. Why this kind of seller is available in Flipkart platform.

I bought a mobile phone with an exchange of my old Samsung j7 nxt phone on Flipkart. All the tests were passed but the delivery guy failed functional test by saying that it’s missing finger print scanner and demanded extra money. If the phone itself doesn’t have it, How can he fail the test and demand the money and this seller doesn’t acknowledge the issue is saying that nothing can be done as the functional test failed even though it’s done deliberately to fleece the customers from their hard earned money.Request all customer ro be vigilant of these scams

I have order Mobile moto G22 on date of 8 aug 22 from Flipkart, but I call to coustomer care he say, problem from treasure hall company. They not shipped at expected time. Please try to resolve immediately as soon as possible. Otherwise I take seriously action bcz of my payment is already paid for mobile.

I have purchased the Motorola G60 phone via Flipkart from this particular seller. I received this product on July 27, 2022. When I switch on the phone, this device freezes/hangs during their first time operation. The front camera of this phone also captures the blurred image. Also, while I heard the phone the sound is not clear. So, I decided to replace/return this phone. I called customer care they said we can't refund it we can only exchange it that too if the technician approves it. During the visit of the technician, they rejected the request for a replacement. When I am again raising the return request, the seller, again and again, rejected the request. After, placing so many humbly request I make a call to Flipkart customer care they said that the seller does replace the device. I have purchased the phone from my 12 monthly savings, but choosing the phone from this seller is not worthful. They do not value the investment of people who believes in them and purchased the phone from them via Flipkart. Now, another problem exist in the phone, they are not able to detect the SIM card. Whenever someone call me either they show that the dialed number is busy with other call or the it is switch off. What, can i do with this phone. No one is giving me the solution.

Okay, i ordered the moto g40 fusion on exchange offer with a poco x3 pro device everything went well till the inspection of the poco device the delivery of the phone. At the first day the phone was working well and then from the second day the phone started to lag, freeze, hang in every 20-30mins. I bought it for my mother, in just normal usage if a certain phone starts to show such problems its just hectic. So i tried to return the product...
