Trell — Money Deducted During Payment But order not placed

Trell is a online Shopping app, i order some product on 30th November, 2021. I pay online from my Google pay, my payment deducted but my order is not placed, after few minutes i receive a massage that I get my deducted money back in my Google pay within 3-4 days, but I didn't receive any refund from company till now and today is 27th January 2022, i made may calls to company but they are making excuses like (wait for 24 hrs, wait for 48hrs, wait for 3-4 days, wait for 7 days). Now when I call them they said they initiated my refund on 11th January but I didn't receive any refund till now, i mail them my bank transaction details also, and now they again starting making excuses. Please help me
