I ordered 4 products from Trell on 19th April 2022 consists of 3 products of t shirts and 1 product of shampoo. Only shampoo delivered rest 3 T-shirts not delivered from last 2 months. My order id of trell is [protected]. I already paid Rs 442.60 for four products. I already called More than 11 times for Refund of Rs 309 they are telling the same we already are working on it please call after 48 hrs. When I called they are telling please give call after 48 hrs. Please help me to get the refund of Rs 309.They are telling your order is cancelled due to server issue the refund will take time. But when I called after that they are telling the same thing we cannot refund due to server issue.
