Trendin.com — Didn't Deliver correct product and no refund initiated

Return ID 78259 First of all, I was delivered wrong product. Then. even after calling customer care 30 times, no refund has been initiated and the customer care folks are just not ready to help. Its been more than 15 days and I am really frustrated with their service.
