Trendin.com — Didnt deliver the product ordered

Hello, I ordered a PE socks of 2 sets, but I just got only one set delivered, its been 2 weeks and I am constantly in touch with Customer care, all they say is " We have registered a complaint" ?? what is the thing they do after registering the complaint? its all black box! no proper response, worst service a company can provide.
