I have purchase Trouser at 4 May 2015 from this site.(Order no.378474) Bt i have fitting prob.then i gave it return on 22 May 2015 with self paid courier. Courier is delivered on 25 May 2015 Till now compny not given my refund. N when i call that compny customer care then there executive not co-operate to me. I sent to all documents as a proof -Courier reciept. -Proof of delivery. -Snapshot of transaction id of paytm wallet statement.

Updated by Kunal6407 I have been continuously calling and sending them mails, but no steps have been taken from their side to refund my money, even after i told them that i will file a complain in consumer forum. I have spent so much of money in calling them as well as their helpline number is not even toll free. Please help me in getting my money back. It is more than a month now.
