Hi. I placed an order and immediately cancelled order by email provided on the website.
the order was still processes and no reply to my email.
I sent another email the following day and again no reply.
finally the product was delivered and my family member paid for COD as I was not available.
I want to return this but the customer care says it's my fault and I should not have accepted the parcel.
why did they ignore my emails about cancellations and checked only order emails.fradulent company. beware Was this information helpful? |
