Recently I purchased "French Corduroy Lace Sofa Mat - Royal Gold - 4 Seater × 1" from Trendize online. My order # TZ217306, purchase date 19-Aug-25 and delivery date 24-Aug-25.

This product did not come with sofa arm rest cover as shown on their website. Hence I went online to check if I can order it online, but i dont see any arm rest for Sofa and now I have a product which just...

I ordered a sofa cover.quality is not ok.so I requested for an exchange. I returned that product but didn't get an exchange product and no reply from the team...

I had ordered a sofa cover. Received sub-standard products. Requested them for exchange. However not getting any reply from them over mail, call, whatsapp. Its a fraud company, dont buy anything....

We had ordered sofa cover on the advise of their salesperson but the cover is pathetic n didn’t fit n they refused to refund n l had to exchange with their cheap quality n high priced Bedsheets They are cheats n sell cheap products at high rates...

They intentionally make small sizes when we ask for return they say they don't have return policy such a scam company Pls Don't fall For there scam it's new scam but a missize and and product was 3rd class low quality...

Received Very very poor quality of products, worst customer service . The reviews posted on website are fake, nowhere close to the product Faded, pilling on clothes, looks like an old product. Customer service folks are rude, unresponsive, they reply to you after days. No refund policy and they try to cover up by saying it’s stretched beyond its limit. Even after looking at pictures they simply deny. All the reviews posted are fake. See...

On 17 Aug 2023 I placed an order with Trendize for a Reversible Quilted waterproof Sofa Protector-1 Seater x 1 valuing in Rs 1439 after discount.
I received it on the 21 Aug 2023, after opening the package I wanted to see if the sofa protector was waterproof or not. And wasn't. It didn't even resist a small glass of water and they had advertised to be a waterproof sofa protector. I reached out to them and they said they don't have...

I ordered sofa protectors from their site in July and till August the delivery was not complete. And finally I'd to go to the courier office to collect the parcel in person. When I opened it all the items in my shipment were damaged, I reported it at same time to their whatsapp support and even through email, but they haven't responded. My order was of Rs. 5200 and my entire hard earned money has gone waste. Not sure what to do, really had a harrowing time with this e-commerce site.

Hi, I bought sofa cover from this website received defective piece and damaged product and I called them they are not responding now continously and they charged 4500 for the sofa covers and said they are highly premium quality and cheating the customers. The quality is very cheap and full of holes .I m calling the customer care continously busy not responding .What should I do any help from anyone .I want to file a complaint on them cheating the customers like this through online .Need to ban their site and services.like this sooo many will get cheated. Plz help me and make the prbm resolved .I want my money back.

Hi, I have ordered sofa cover from this website trendize as seeeing positive reviews in their website and I got defective damaged piece quality is very cheap and I don't know what kind of material is that and full of holes and I called them continously they are not responding for any number and it's saying the customer care is busy from sooo many days .I don't know.what to do .I have already paid 4500 for them it's not small amount. They are not even responding very fraud people and fraud company cheating customers like this .please any one help with this .How to contact them .I need to file complaint on them literally .

I purchased magic universal chair cover cross brown, 6pieces for 1899. The seat covers said that the material was strechable. That is not the case. The material is extremely poor quality and nothing to close to the add. If you try to stretch the cloth it will easily tear apart.
I tried calling on the support number [protected] but it continues to not respond and diverts me to another what's app number which is [protected]. No response yet. Can you please help me with a refund

Hi. I placed an order and immediately cancelled order by email provided on the website.
the order was still processes and no reply to my email.
I sent another email the following day and again no reply.
finally the product was delivered and my family member paid for COD as I was not available.
I want to return this but the customer care says it's my fault and I should not have accepted the parcel.
why did they ignore my emails about cancellations and checked only order emails.fradulent company. beware

I placed an order of Sofa cover on 31st August and the same got delivered. However, since this could not fit my sofa, I raised a request on 6th September to exchange the same with the other items (2 bedsheets) I selected. However, despite being my continues follow-u, the product was not picked up, rather I was advised to ship the item at my own cost. Somehow, it was picked on 10th September and since the I have been following up with the company representatives to refund my money, but there has not been any response.

If you call at the customer desk and ask them to connect with the senior person, they will ask to drop a mail at their customer id, but on that email id no one even bother to respond. There is no proper mechanism to escalate or speak to the senior management, who can act fast and not harass their customer.

I has been my worst experience to buy a product from this company. You pay the money and then fight for your own money to get refunded. Everyday I have to chase them for the same. I only know what a torture I am going through.

This company should be shameful for how they harass their customer and eat up their hard earn money.

I want my money to be refunded ASAP.

I had ordered dining chair covers which cost ₹ 3600/-. The size was too small so I asked them for a bigger size. They took the product back & after reminders, sent chair covers of a different design & colour of their own choice stating non-availability! That didn’t fit either! I requested a refund on the basis that neither the size, not the colour, nor the design I wanted was available with them, but they refused, stating a no-refunds policy! Now my ₹ 3600/- is stuck with them!

I had ordered "Magic Universal Chair Cover-Floral Black/1 cover from their online website but amazed to receive Dark Blue elastic chair cover which is completely something different than what I ordered.
Also to note the cover of the product has the name of the product I had order and to open the product is different which such an amazing way to cheat people.

When called in their given contact, they denied to refund...
