I recently purchased a king-size mattress sheet from your store. However, it doesn’t fit my king-size mattress properly, even though the packaging clearly states it’s for a king-size bed.
My mattress measures approximately 78*72 inch and the sheet either doesn’t cover it fully or keeps slipping off.
I texted them back the next day once received the product but they simply said they don't have return policy for this. But in their website under return policy they mentioned Trendize's Official Exchange Policy:
