Hello Team
Recently I purchased "French Corduroy Lace Sofa Mat - Royal Gold - 4 Seater × 1" from Trendize online. My order # TZ217306, purchase date 19-Aug-25 and delivery date 24-Aug-25.
This product did not come with sofa arm rest cover as shown on their website. Hence I went online to check if I can order it online, but i dont see any arm rest for Sofa and now I have a product which just has a backrest cover and seat cover which doesnt look good. I tried emailing them as [protected]@trendize.in, calling them on their support number[protected] and also on whatsapp number [protected], No one responds and email bounced.
I feel cheated and want to initiate full refund of my money as they have given me a product which I cannot use.
