Trendize — Wrong product received

I had ordered "Magic Universal Chair Cover-Floral Black/1 cover from their online website but amazed to receive Dark Blue elastic chair cover which is completely something different than what I ordered.
Also to note the cover of the product has the name of the product I had order and to open the product is different which such an amazing way to cheat people.

When called in their given contact, they denied to refund or take back the product. In contrast asked me to compromise with a 20% refund. Later they stopped receiving phone calls.
The reason for a wrong product shipped they stated the unavailability of the product and without my consent they shipped something else.

I am not sure if they have been doing the same conduct with other buyers too.
I want my money to be refunded which is a sum of Rs. 799.
